I'm Fiel, an undergrad researcher & technologist 😼
I lead growth and value creation at Roundtable (Developer Camp '26), where we build a queryable corpus of legislative and administrative instruments, connecting public deliberation to the governing record the instant decisions depend on it. In addition, I run experiments and research alongside University of the Philippines leadership, the Atlantic Institute, and the Roost Institute, evolving from summer engagements at Oxford, Charles, and Newcastle.
Beyond, I oversee programs at the Equiano Institute. I also join fellow civil society at convenings at the UN and head public voice and research at a global youth constituency with WEF to advance international cooperation on AI, extending earlier policy work.
Born in Bacolod and raised in Silay and Dumaguete, I studied the arts through high school, while organizing for circularity & decarbonization with Youth for Climate Hope and the Catholic Church. I carry these into Cebu now, where I reside for college.
Broadly, I address legibility failures around critical infrastructures in energy and semiconductors when capital and institutions overlook beings outside prevailing boundaries of moral concern. Since 2018, I focus on ecosystem building, financing, and industrial policy to reinforce resilience. When withdrawing from these realms, I read, lift, Shazam new music on the move, play board games, or actually sleep.
